Reporting into the CEO, the Sales Director is crucial for the next phase in our development.
5 years experience in the OOH advertising sector with an extensive network of the top agencies and the big brands that use OOH as part of their communication strategy
Identify sales prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations, negotiating sales packages and schedules, and communicating results or problems to the Exec board and Investors
Cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with key advertising decision makers at both the agency and client level
Manage all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process and keep the Executive Board abreast of status by providing accurate and timely business estimates, forecasts, and administrative paperwork
Create annual and quarterly business plans to drive revenue growth and strategy across portfolio of accounts Keep key internal stakeholders informed regarding account status, proposals, personnel changes, etc.
Develop relationships to identify and bring in unique opportunities that can drive incremental revenue for each brand
You should have
Vast experience in selling OOH advertising, preferably Digital
Portfolio of clients at large advertising agencies
A relationship with all decision makers at big brands that advertise OOH
Using expert knowledge and experience to create long term multinational contracts
Seasoned negotiator curating the best deals for Ad-MOTO
Excellent communicator - written and verbally
An independent and proactive self-starter; able to move fast and prioritise effectively across a variety of different tasks
A can do attitude that is dedicated to creating professional relationships and has impeccable delivery with great attention to detail
Commercially-minded, able to understand the business needs and be smart in how we shape and present the solution
Organised and and able to work independently to achieve the business goals
